Lindsay Lohan will get to hang with the Real Mean Girls

BEVERLY HILLS, Calif. — Lindsay Lohan is getting a reprieve in one court case: A judge is delaying a civil trial that stems from one of her 2007 arrests.


Attorneys for Lohan and four people suing her agreed Wednesday to reschedule a trial set for later this month. They cited the upcoming jail sentence ordered by a judge who ruled Lohan had violated her probation in a 2007 drug case.


No new date was set.


The 24-year-old Lohan must turn herself in for a 90-day jail sentence on July 20. The civil trial was scheduled to begin a week later.


Lohan is being sued by a woman who was in a vehicle chased by Lohan and three men.


A deposition that will focus on her drug use at the time has also been delayed.

We all know that 90 days in jail is the equivalent of 3 hours in the slammer for celebrities. But I hope she gets to serve the full 3 weeks that the reports are stating she must serve. Maybe now her entire attitude of entitlement will change. Highly doubt.

Yeah 3 weeks is what they are estimating her to spend in the pokey. Her sentence is really for 3 months but you know how that goes.

The judge looks like a bitch. You know, the ugly kind that no one loves so she makes it into law school to bring down the hammer on pretty people. She has an uncanny resemblance to a Maggie Gyllenhaal/Natasha from Rocky and Bullwinkle hybrid.

Anywho I almost/sort-of/kind-a feel bad for her. She is trying to get her shit together and I sincerely believe she was trying to juggle her sentencing with her promotions (that whole Linda Lovelace move going on). However, I truly feel for her when she's garnered so much publicity having done nothing noteworthy since 2005. The media's obsession with her is rather odd considering she's done...well, nothing.
