ALBANY, Ore. (AP) - Oregon police officers are looking for three children they say have been abducted by their noncustodial parents.
The three children are identified as 9-year-old Saije Payne, 4-year-old Izaya Payne and 2-year-old Isacc Payne.
Officers say they were taken from Lebanon early Saturday by 29-year-old Charles Agosto and 30-year-old Julia Payne.
Detective Sergeant Kevin Martinez of the Lebanon police says the Department of Human Services had taken custody of the three children and placed them with a family member.
