SPRINGFIELD — Two people were jailed late Monday, June 28, accused of beating a 15-year-old with a screwdriver and broom, according to a police report.

Scott A. Paul, 39, and Tonya M. Paul, 28, both of 1415 Clifton Ave., were arrested on charges of domestic violence and child endangering, according to the report.

The couple beat the 15-year-old boy with a broom and screwdriver at their home around 8 p.m. Monday, according to the report.
