Harrisburg Police Make Drug Arrests After Shooting Victim Turns Up At Polyclinic Hospital
HARRISBURG - Police in Harrisburg make two drug arrests after a teenager is taken to the hospital with a gunshot wound to his leg.
On Wednesday, around 6:30pm, Harrisburg police were called to the the Polyclinic Hospital for a shooting. A nurse was attending to a 17 year-old male, who was in the back seat of a car with a bullet wound to the leg.

Two other people, identified as 20 year-old Dominique Shumate and 18 year-old Cory Bair, were in the car with the wounded teen. Bair and Shumate told police they were driving east along Maclay Street when they heard gun shots. A short time later, the teen said he had been hit.

During the investigation, officers searched their vehicle and found 10 baggies of marijuana in the glove box. Both Bair and Shumate were placed under arrest.
