Kerry A. Fagan, 39, of Marco Island,was arrested at 232 Tahiti Road by Marco police.

Fagan’s neighbor Scott Gaskin said that Fagan jumped in front of his vehicle as he attempted to pull his car into the driveway. She wouldn’t move causing him to drive through his lawn to finally get to the driveway, Gaskin said. Fagan then returned and stood outside Gaskin’s home taking photographs of him, his vehicles and his wife Tammy, Gaskin said. Meanwhile, police say

Fagan left a child unattended at her home for at least 20 minutes while disturbing her neighbors.

Fagan struggled with her father and police while having a tight grip on her child, police reported.
