    Christopher Thomas Beat 6 Week Old Baby And Baby Fights For His Life

    This worthless POS needs to fry. What the hell can a 6 week old baby possibly do to deserve this????

    A Knox County man is behind bars after his 6-week old son is taken to the hospital with what officials say are life-threatening injuries. According to the Vincennes Police Department, officers were called to a home on North 2nd Street around 7:00 Tuesday night following a 911 call for a small infant not breathing. Once on the scene, Kayden Thomas was taken to Good Samaritan Hospital and was later life-flighted to St. Mary's Medical Center in Evansville. Following an investigation, 26-year-old Christopher Thomas was arrested and charged with Battery causing serious bodily injury. Thomas was arrested and taken to the Knox County Jail on a $25,000 bond.

    A more serious charge filed Thursday against a father who police say beat his infant son to death.

    26-year-old Christopher Thomas of Vincennes faces a charge of battery on a child causing death.

    His son, six week old Kayden Thomas, died two days after emergency crews responded to the home for a report of a child not breathing.

    Thomas was originally arrested for child abuse causing bodily injury.

    When his son died, prosecutors increased the charge against him.
