Ponca City police arrested three people Friday in the 2000 block of Cedar and are seeking a fourth subject wanted on a $200,000 warrant.
Jerry Don Holmes, 51, is charged in Kay County District Court with a felony count of first degree rape by instrumentation, forcible sodomy, three felony counts of lewd molestation and unlawful possession of marijuana with intent to distribute.
Police spokeswoman Sherry Bowers said that Holmes is charged in connection with the rapes of a 9-year-old girl and a 10-year-old girl.
The crimes were reported to police in January and April.
Police served warrants at the residence on Friday and arrested Sondra Kaye Holmes, 49, Ponca City on a felony count of unlawful possession of marijuana. She is being held on $10,000 bond.
Anthony Duane Holmes, 22, was also arrested on warrants.
His criminal background dates back to 2006.
In July of 2006 he was charged with a felony count of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.
He entered a plea of guilty and sentencing was deferred for one year by former Judge Rob Galbraith.
In January of 2007 he was charged with a felony count of assault with a dangerous weapon.
That case was dismissed by Galbraith on a motion made by the state.
In September of 2008, Anthony was charged again with a felony count of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.
That charge was dismissed without costs on July 9, 2009 by Judge Lee Stout.
In February of 2008, Anthony was charged with a misdemeanor count of obtaining cash and or merchandise by bogus check or false pretenses.
He failed to appear for a court date in the case on Dec. 16 and was wanted on a $1,000 warrant at the time of Friday's arrest.
Police returned to the residence Saturday morning in an attempt to locate Holmes but were unable to apprehend him. A vehicle was towed from the residence.
As of press time police were still searching for Jerry Don Holmes.
A fourth subject was arrested Friday. He has been released.
