Heidi M. Perry Is A TNUC Says She"Blacked Out"Doesnt Remember Abusing Her Daughter!

Sheboygan woman charged with abusing daughter, 4
A 30-year-old Sheboygan woman charged today with felony child abuse told police she blacked out and doesn’t know how long she spanked her 4-year-old daughter after the child woke up scared from a nightmare and wouldn’t go back to bed.
The child wound up with bruises across her buttocks and back that remained visible a week later when police were summoned to the house by a family friend, according to a criminal complaint.
The mother, Heidi M. Perry, of 1021 N. Eighth St., Apt. 11, could face up to 18 months in prison, if convicted.
    According to the complaint:

A 26-year-old woman called police Wednesday night to report the child was being abused, and officers were sent to a home where the mother and child were in the 1300 block of North Ninth Street. As Perry was talking to one officer, the girl came running into the room wearing a diaper, and the officer could see bruising on her leg below the diaper.
Perry told police the child woke up a week prior about 3 a.m. and was scared from a nightmare. The child refused to go back to bed, and Perry said her boyfriend then spanked the child.
The girl was spanked again when she still refused to go to bed, after which she threw a temper tantrum. Perry said she snapped after the tantrum and began spanking the child. She said she blacked out during the incident and didn’t know how long or how hard she hit the girl.

The boyfriend, who has not been charged, said he intervened to stop the spanking.

What a mean bitch. If my 4 year old woke up scared from a nightmare, he could sleep with us for the rest of the week. That kid's living a nightmare.

Oh how sad! We had a thunderstorm the other night and my daughter said she cuddled me as tight as she could but she was still scared. I asked her why she didn't wake me up and she said she was afraid I'd get mad and tell her to let me sleep!

I told her she can always wake me up when she's scared. That mean family. Baby girl was scared and they were sending her right back to being alone and scared.

Maybe she needed a spaking for throwing a fit. I don't know. But I would guess, much like my daughter when she was afraid of the shower, fought the whole way to going back in her room alone. Fear like that just makes me want to snuggle my kids and let them know I'm here to protect them and make them feel better. A big spanking for being scared doesn't seem right to me.
Dear Mommy...I see you smile down there below...are those tears of joy you show? I'm glad you're happy, although you lied...I'd love to be right by your side...but by your choice, I view from above...tell my Grandparents I send my love...it's Beautiful here, is all I can say...your life will go on... without me in your way. Love Caylee XOXO......

Dyslexic much? :) Took me a while to figure it out. Took no time at all to agree.

I think someone needs to send her a shirt that say "TNUC" on it instead of "DIVA". It's much more fitting.

Spanking a child for having a nightmare? WTF?

infants, babies, children, dont need to be spanked....they need to learn to communicate without throwing a fit but hitting them for it isnt the way to teach that.

Kudos to the brave woman who intervened for this precious child. We need more people to step up and report. These children don't have to suffer. I don't care who.. the police, CPS, District Attorney, State Police... Just CALL SOMEONE!!!!!!!
