EASTON, Md.- Easton police have arrested a 60-year-old man accused of sexually abusing a child.

Police say an investigation revealed that Stephen C. Carr Sr. of Bowie, Md., allegedly abused a child under the age of 14.

On Tuesday, May 25, Carr was taken into custody on an arrest warrant that charges him with two counts of second-degree child abuse, two counts of third-degree sex offense, three counts of second-degree assault and two counts of sex abuse of a minor.
