Gil Duff, 45, the man accused of being drunk and asleep in a Port-o-Let last week, has been arrested again for the exact same thing.

A deputy found Duff early Monday morning in the the same park, sleeping and intoxicated inside of a port-o-potty.

According to the police report, Duff was "passed out and extremely intoxicated." He has been charged with disorderly conduct while intoxicated.

Duff has been warned several times to stay away from the park.

Previously, a Hamilton County sheriff's deputy on patrol Bechtold Park in Sycamore Township found an odd sight when he heard snoring coming from a Port-o-let on Tuesday.

According to police documents, the deputy knocked on the door to no answer and found Gil Duff, 45, sitting on the port-o-potty, fast asleep, with his pants up and a can of beer at his side. The deputy noted that Duff smelled strongly of alcohol.

Duff has been charged with criminal trespassing and public intoxication.

The statement from his Lawyer: "But your honor, he was taking a crap and those fumes from the pot-a-potty just about killed him, sure he had a beer before he went into it, what is wrong with that? I tell you it was the fumes"......:D

Must have been a bit more than "strongly" to overcome the other odors in a port-a-potty.

A man who became infamous after allegedly being found by police asleep in local portable toilets has been arrested again.
Gil Duff, 46, of Cincinnati was arrested Thursday night on a theft charge. He allegedly stole two cans of beer from a Deer Park store.
