    Henrico Mom Arrested for Child Endangerment
    After a driver sees her toddler standing alone in a ditch at 2:00 a.m.
    HENRICO - A Henrico County mother is behind bars after someone found her toddler standing alone in a ditch at 2:00 a.m. Friday. Shauna Flack, 22, is charged with Felony Child Neglect: Endangerment of the Life of the Child.

    Police say they got a call from a driver who saw Flack's 3-year-old outside alone on Laburnum Avenue.

    The toddler, wearing only her pink pajamas, was able to point to her apartment in the Essex Village Apartment Community.

    Two hours later, police found Flack and arrested her.

    She's 22? I would have guessed she was too young to even have a baby. Hopefully it WAS just that the kid managed to get out. Nothing nefarious happening with the mom.

    A child wandering out and figuring out the locks CAN happen to the best of us.....but why did it take 2 hours to find mom???

    yeah they can escape like Houdini if they want to scary though she shouldve had little locks on to of door ir something
    being found in ditch is scarier yet

    That is correct. We put the sliding bar locks on our doors 9 ft off the ground almost to the top to stop this from happening. It also makes a criminal breaking in make alot of noise.
