Groovy, this is what I heard at the end of the hearing this afternoon about the more than 5000 pages of discovery. Jeff Ashton informed the court that at 4pm on Monday the 21st he found in his chair a CD that contained a background check that the duh-fense had done on Dr. Vass, he said he nearly sat on it.

I'm assuming (and you know what that means, LOL) that Bonehead Byazzz just cruised by the prosecutors office tossed the CD inside on the chair and kept on going never informing anyone that he did it. we all can figure what the point was to it. To have the Pros. running behind and having to work longer to get it all read and assimilated. But I think he gonna have to do better than that. I believe the Judge said he wan't sure he'll let in now that it's so late.

but Mel will probably be able to explain it better. It was funny tho!

@Nell I don't remember all of the information anymore, but I believe my original theory was that the grandmother Cindy was in on it and is throwing her under the bus after coming to terms with realizing they'd eventually get caught.

I'm sure once it all goes to trial in the upcoming months I'll see all the information again.

I would not put it past Cindy to have shown Casey how to "help" Caylee sleep better and knock her out with certain drugs, either OTC or scripts. So in a sense Cindy may have helped Casey, but KC killed Caylee not Cindy.
