Jennifer Carver & Derrick Hossman Jailed For Past Yr Now Face Child Abuse Charges

After more than a year and a half, a Scioto County couple is behind bars and facing child abuse charges.
SCIOTO COUNTY, Ohio (WSAZ) -- After more than a year and a half, a Scioto County couple is behind bars and facing child abuse charges.

Prosecutors say Jennifer Carver and Derrick Hossman each face 18 counts of felony child endangerment and assault. They're accused of hurting Carver's 9-month-old baby boy in October 2008.

Police say the baby suffered multiple fractures and broken bones. The child has been removed from the home and has recovered from his injuries.
