REXBURG - A man is arrested for indecent exposure in Rexburg.
22-year-old Travis Lee Martin has been charged with two felonies and three misdemeanors.
The charges indicate that "On April 30th, to gratify his lust, passions, or sexual desires permitted a child under the age of 16 to witness an act of sexual conduct."
The police report indicates that three different incidents occurred within two hours of each other. Rexburg Police say Martin was exposed at Porter Park in front of juveniles resulting in the felony child abuse charges. Martin was also allegedly exposed inside his car at the Tuscany Apartment's parking lot and along College Avenue.
