Kind Family Lets This Guy In & He Impregnates Their 13 Year-Old Daughter

CINCINNATI -- A man in the country illegally was arrested Thursday for allegedly having sex with a minor.

Police say a family met 19-year-old Estuardo Ruiz at their church in Lockland and reached out to him, letting him live at their home.

Ruiz then allegedly became sexually active at the family's home with the 13-year-old daughter and impregnated her in January.

The family found out about the conduct and made Ruiz move out.

Ruiz does not speak English and is in the country illegally. Police say he is originally from Guatemala.

Police also say Ruiz has written a confession with the assistance of an interpreter.

Ruiz remains behind bars at the Hamilton County Justice Center awaiting his arraignment Friday morning. He is charged with unlawful sexual conduct with a minor.

See this is what I feared. My mother's husband is from Honduras, and once she asked me if one of his nephews could stay a few weeks with me. She had never met this man, and neither did I. I don't think she was done with her questioned before I let out a hell no!

Fuck That! When I was 13 and my mom had a bunch of druggies "hanging out" and I made out with this 19 year old guy. He was trying to persuade me....I was actually thinking about doing it for the first time. Luckily my lil bro got up to go to the potty and He turned on the light and the guy got up and left. I ended up telling my aunt but promised her not to tell my mom. She did but told guy never to come around. I think a gun was involved. At that age you just don't know what your thinking...Hell your still a baby in my book!
