A 23-year-old Mitchell woman and her boyfriend were arrested on charges stemming from what police allege was abuse to the woman’s 2-year-old child.
Alisha Terrell, 23, Mitchell, was charged with neglect of a dependent resulting in serious bodily injury, a Class B felony. Michael L. Pemberton, 31, Mitchell, also was charged with neglect of a dependent resulting in serious bodily injury, a Class B felony.
