GRASS VALLEY, Calif. (CBS13) ― The skull of a human was found by a resident out walking Monday in Grass Valley.
The skull was found in the 10000 block of Cone Tree Trail along with clothing, according to Keith Royal, Nevada County Sheriff.

Authorities think the remains might be that of a person who went missing since 2004. They plan to conduct a DNA test to confirm their suspicions.
Cadaver dogs found two other bones believed to belong to the person.
