Dakota Valkyrie : You don't have FBI in Canada. It would probably be the Royal Mounted Child Porn Cadets or some other gang dressed up with cool hats that came in shooting up your pussy
Honestly, I feel the dad has had time to do some witness tampering. That child should never have been sent home to live with him, he is after all the 15 year old's father as well as a pedophile. Birds of a feather flock together. She should have been put in witness protection of some kind as well as straight into therapy where a psychologist could have documented the child's account away from those who would want or have reason to screw up the case.

Teen Girl Takes Pleahttp://www.nj.com/mercer/index.ssf/2...guilty_to.htmlThe 15-year-old girl accused of selling her 7-year-old stepsister for sex at a party in Rowan Towers last spring has pleaded guilty to child endangerment and has been sentenced to a year in juvenile detention, prosecutors announced yesterday.
Charges of aggravated assault and promoting prostitution in connection with the alleged gang rape of the little girl have been dropped, prosecutors said.
“She pled guilty to physically endanger the welfare of a child, not the sexual component of the endangering charge,” said Casey DeBlasio, spokeswoman for the Mercer County Prosecutor’s Office.

Gregory Leary, 20 of Jackson Street, and Timear Lewis, 19, of Division Street, the two adults, are free on bail and awaiting trial on charges of aggravated sexual assault and child endangering.
Earlier this week, Leary and Lewis were arraigned before Mercer County Superior Court Judge Robert Billmeier. Lewis entered a plea of not guilty. Leary, who is no longer being represented by attorney Robin Lord, did not enter a plea because he did not have representation at the hearing, DeBlasio said.
The juveniles were offered plea deals in exchange for their testimony against the adults. Two of them are scheduled for juvenile court hearings at the end of the month.

In addition to charges connected with the alleged assault on the 7-year-old, Leary was also indicted on two counts of second-degree assault and one count of third-degree endangering the welfare of a child in relation to the 15-year-old, with whom he allegedly had sex at the party. According to prosecutors, Leary told police he thought the girl was 18.

So basically this little girl may have been raped and nobody is really going to have to pay for it.TRENTON, N.J. – Nearly a year after police said a 7-year-old New Jersey girl was pimped out by her 15-year-old stepsister and gang-raped at a party, prosecutors admit they don't have the evidence to go to trial and have offered plea deals dropping all sex crimes against the six defendants.
On Friday, the last of the six charged with rape was allowed to plead guilty to two counts of child endangerment. The deal calls for Gregory Leary, 21, to receive probation when he is sentenced in April.
At Leary's hearing, Mercer County Assistant Prosecutor Jennifer Downing admitted that there was no DNA evidence and that the 7-year-old was unable and unwilling to identify any suspects. Downing also said several other witnesses had recanted their statements.
Leary had spent seven months in jail before he could afford to post bond.
"I knew the truth was going to come out," he said Friday as he left the courthouse, adding that he "feels blessed."
The case wraps up nearly a year after Trenton police announced that they had arrested the teenage girl, who they say brought her younger sibling to a party in a vacant apartment in one of the city's most troubled public housing complexes.
Police said the teen gave the younger girl cash to let men and boys at the party touch her, watching as it escalated to rape.
Authorities called for justice and police said they were looking to arrest everyone at the party. Days later, a SWAT team raided the complex and eventually arrested three boys who lived there, ages 13, 14, and 15.
Leary and another man, Timear Lewis, then 19, were also arrested after the boys talked to police.
All were charged with aggravated sexual assault and child endangerment.
Leary, the oldest of the suspects, faced charges against both girls. He admitted having sex with the 15-year-old, who was too young to consent legally, but said he didn't know her age.
The 15-year-old girl initially was charged with five counts, including aggravated sexual assault, promoting prostitution and endangering the welfare of a minor. In November, she was sentenced to a year in juvenile detention for child endangerment and is due to be released this month.
The three boys pleaded guilty to child endangerment and Lewis pleaded guilty to trespassing — all served a few months in jail or juvenile detention before being released.
The Associated Press is not identifying any of the juveniles in the case because they were not publicly identified.
The case began to unravel at the first court appearance for one of the suspects, when the father of the 15-year-old defended the three oldest male suspects, telling reporters that they tried to help the 7-year-old girl get out of the apartment.
Then, the case was further weakened when DNA tests came back showing no evidence of semen on the 7-year-old.
Police and prosecutors have said the 15-year-old gave varying accounts of what happened. Friday was the first time that prosecutors mentioned the younger girl couldn't identify the suspects.
Acting Trenton police director Joseph Juniak, who was the lead detective in the case, said he believed there was "more to these charges" than police could ultimately prove and that they did the best with what they had.
"Unfortunately, that's what we got because of the evidence and the recanting of witness statements," Juniak said. "It was a difficult investigation as far as gathering evidence. The outcome is not what we desired."
The mother of the 14-year-old boy arrested has said police didn't fully investigate and only knocked on the doors of people in the building with teenage children.
The mother, who spoke on condition of anonymity out of fear for her son's safety, said that police tricked her son, who has a fourth-grade reading level, into falsely confessing by telling him he would be able to go home if he told police what they wanted to hear.
"They just wanted to prove that they solved the case," she said at her son's plea hearing months ago.
During a jailhouse interview with The Associated Press in August, Leary said he was at the party but "wouldn't hurt no baby."
"She's somebody's angel," he said of the 7-year-old.
Poor little girl, I hope you heal and that the memories of this incident fade for you.

Wow, another "monster" or in this case "monsters" caught and paraded before the public when they didnt do anything just to appease the public...No semen or DNA was found so I dont even understand why they are offering plea deals here... guess everyone will say oh they all used condoms, Im missing something here...Then, the case was further weakened when DNA tests came back showing no evidence of semen on the 7-year-old.
Reality is merely an illusion, albeit a very persistent one...
I guess truth in sentencing doesn't exist in the juvenile system either. She served 1/3 of her sentence. In November, she was sentenced to a year in juvenile detention for child endangerment and is due to be released this month.

*Shaking Head* no one is serving time for RAPE??? Just cuz they probably used condoms? Well, how thoughtful that they were kind enough to not pass on their fucking diseases. UGH!
Has the little one been placed with a Foster Family? God let's hope.

Wow, is this also the same case that the dad... or step dad of the little girl is also a sex offender? I think so but can't recall if the sex offense had to do with a child.

Probation for Man Charged in NJ Child Sex Case
http://www.myfoxny.com/dpp/news/prob...e-20110402-apx(AP) - A New Jersey man initially accused of participating in the alleged gang-rape of a 7-year-old girl after her 15-year-old stepsister sold her for sex has been sentenced to probation.
Twenty-year-old Timear Lewis of Trenton was among six people charged in the case after the younger girl was allegedly assaulted at a party in a Trenton aTRENTONpartment building in March 2010.
But nearly all were eventually offered pleas bargains to lesser charges after the case began to unravel.
Authorities lacked DNA evidence to prosecute, and the older girl gave varying accounts of what supposedly happened.
Lewis, who was 19 at the time, pleaded guilty to a trespassing charge for being in a vacant apartment without the owner's permission. He was ordered Friday to serve three years probation.

I really don't know what to say. I know, this is probably a bad place she lives, but my mind keeps telling me that the 15 year old learned or got the idea for this from SOMEWHERE. Perhaps an example in her less than stellar life?
Oh, and OT, I kinda laughed at the /me thing too. I'm still looking for my blue "jaw-dropping-five-miles" smiley for this story.
