Man accused of phone calls threatening baby
CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (AP) -
Police in Chattanooga and Bradley County have caught a man accused of making telephone calls in which he threatened to rape a baby.
Chattanooga Police Lt. Kim Noorbergen said in a news release Friday that a man who identified himself as Paul called out of state hospitals and businesses, including the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.

Noorbergen said police staked out various pay phones and used the surveillance to link 47-year-old Donald Allen Davis to 1 of the calls.

Noorbergen said Bradley County Sheriff's officers questioned Davis and he admitted making the calls.
