Robin Fininen Knows That Smoking Crack Makes Babysitting Easier

AUSTIN - Robin Fininen, 46, has been arrested and charged with endangering a child. Fininen told investigators she and a friend were smoking crack at her house while she was babysitting the child. Fininen had been hired by the infant's mother to watch the baby while she was out of town. The little boy's grandmother told police she went to check on the baby after repeated calls to Fininen's house went unanswered.

The affidavit reads the grandmother detected a "foul odor" coming from inside Fininen's house, and she told police the baby's face was very red and "not alert."
