Jose Erebia breaks into home, demands sex for $20 from home owner

IMMOKALEE — A 27-year-old Immokalee man has been charged with breaking into a woman’s home, throwing a $20 bill at her and demanding sex.

Jose Luis Erebia Jr., 27, of Avocado Street, Immokalee, appeared before Collier Circuit Judge Christine Greider on Saturday, charged with burglary and misdemeanor battery. She set bond at $12,500 and Erebia remained in the Collier County jail.

She said the man entered an unlocked door another resident had left open, entered her bedroom as she slept and awakened her.

The woman told the deputy she lived nearby and the neighborhood had a prostitution problem, but she wasn’t one. As the deputy stood in the home, a suspicious vehicle he’d seen leave the home earlier, swerving on the roadway, passed by.

Sheesh, what's this world coming too when someone turns down 20$ for sex?!

She said the man, who had “Joe” tattooed on his chest, threw the bill at her and demanded sex, reports say. She refused, grabbed the cash, and ordered him to leave. He demanded it back, reports say, but she refused and he threatened to return with a gun and shoot her.

Anyone who enters my home without being invited in--I charge them $50, so Jose got off easy.

So she grabs the money and orders him to leave? hmm....just seems odd. Man comes into your home uninvited, demands sex as he throw's money at you, BUT you're not hot-to-trot, why the hell take the money? maybe she was considering it? Guess she figured he owes her that for waking her up and coming into her home unwelcomed. Can't say I would have reacted that way. He'd be needing that money to repair his fugly balls.
