-- A Kissimmee man was arrested on allegations of disciplining a friend's child by making the 6-year-old boy kneel on bottle caps for several minutes.

Jose Ferrer, 41, was arrested on charges of child abuse and domestic violence.

According to Kissimmee police, officers were called Tuesday to Cypress Elementary School when a teacher noticed bruises on one of her students.

wtf?? the only form of discipline for someone other than a parent is a time-out...and that's if it was something done in front of the 'babysitter'...he got a sad face on his agenda...and? that could wait for his PARENTS!!
