The glitch occurred on Kids On Demand and Kids Preschool On Demand, from about 6 to 8 a.m.
The screens featured a menu of children's programming along with explicit streaming preview footage of nude women.
"We're very, very sorry it happened -- we know parents are concerned," a spokesman told local news station WRAL. "It was a technical glitch and unfortunately it hit at the worst possible time on the worst possible channels."
Another Time Warner spokesperson told THR that the phones lit up afterward in their North Carolina office.
"It's not like this happened in liberal New York City," the spokesman noted. "We apologized profusely; the vast majority of our customers will hopefully forgive us. Naturally it does drive some phone traffic."

I'm sure the dad in the video only recorded it for "evidence" reasons. He'll probably never look at it again.
