    KANSAS CITY, Mo. --
    A woman wanted by authorities in connection with a fatal crash that killed two turned herself into Kansas City police Tuesday.

    Victoria K. Johnson, 17, turned herself in just after midnight Tuesday. Police had been searching for her since February when Jackson County Prosecutor Jim Kanatzar charged her with involuntary manslaughter.

    Court documents allege she was drunk and high on marijuana and opiates when she sped along a city street, lost control and slammed into a parked beer truck. The Sept. 30 crash occurred at 41st Street and Prospect Avenue.

    A one-year-old boy and a 16-year-old girl succumbed to their injuries from the crash. The baby was not restrained and a child's seat was found in the trunk.

    Toxicology results showed Johnson's blood alcohol level was .123 percent and she was under the influence of marijuana and opiates.

    Bitch looks pissed! They probably chopped off her weave right before taking her mugshot. I hope she gets some serious jail time, she earned it by being a selfish, drunken waste of space with no regard for others.
