An Albuquerque grandmother accused of using her own granddaughter to make child pornography wants to get out of jail until her trial— and Thursday, a judge lowered her bond.

Before Thursday's hearing, 51-year-old Linda Davis was being held on a $75,000 bond. A judge lowered that to $25,000 cash or surety, shocking prosecutors and the victim's family.

Davis was arrested in 2008 for making child pornography using her 4-year-old granddaughter. Gurule posed in the pictures with the young girl.

Depending on what she did to/with the child, it is quite possible she may have given it to her. Which makes this abuse all the more worse.

Edit: I see that he did it to the child, and she took the pics. But still, there is a chance there if she and her boyfriend had not used protection.
