Milwaukee House Fire: 3 dead. 6 week old boy kidnapped

Wow this is kind of taking a strange turn.......This morning firefighters responded to a fire on Milwaukees South Side. After extinguishing the fire they discovered 2 bodies.

Well then as of noon today, it turns out that one more body has been discovered, and a new born is missing.

Police investigating the deaths of a mother and her two young children said they're looking for a third child, a newborn, who might have been taken from the south side apartment, Capt. Kurt Leibold of the Milwaukee Police Department said.
"The most important thing right now is we need to find this baby boy," Leibold said.
The 6-week old boy's name is Maurice Visor.
Maurice's 24-year-old mother and his siblings, a 4-year-old boy and 3-year-old girl, were discovered dead Friday morning when firefighters responded to a blaze at their south side second-story duplex apartment, 838 S. 12th St.
"We're still investigating the origin of the fire," Leibold said. He would not offer details about what firefighters discovered on the scene and did not name the mother or the two older children.
Leibold said police believe Maurice is in danger. Investigators said that the person who might have taken Maurice was not his father, Leibold said.
Investigators also note that two cars are missing from the south side home. Police are looking for a white Ford Thunderbird with the license plate 840-MNJ and a blue Ford Taurus that does not have license plates.http://www.jsonline.com/news/milwaukee/85506857.html

And the plot thickens.......

It turns out that a 20 year old female who also lived in the home is also missing......And that the babies father has been ruled out as a suspect.

Police also said Friday afternoon that they're seeking 20-year-old Brittney Robertson, who lives at the house where the mother and children were found dead in the burning apartment. She could not be found Friday afternoon and police said they were concerned for her safety.

So that leaves exactly one possibility.

That Milwaukee has a 5'6" 130lb Triple Murderer, Arsonist and Kidnapper on the loose.

Which means she must have an accomplice in all of this.

MILWAUKEE (WKOW) -- Police have found a 19-year-old woman dead on Milwaukee's northside.

She was a person of interest in the deaths of three people found in a burning home in Milwaukee early Friday morning.

Police say Brittney Robertson was found dead about 6:15 p.m. Friday. Her death is being investigated.

Police say Robertson lived in the home where a mother and two young boys were found dead after a suspicious fire. Investigators were treating the deaths of 24-year-old Rachel Thompson and her sons, 4-year-old Torian Thompson-Carter and 3-year-old Jaden Thompson-Carter, as homicides.

Thompson's other son, 6-week-old Maurice Visor Jr., was found in good condition outside a church hours after the fire.

Yes.

She killed herself sometime yesterday afternoon.

A woman sought by Milwaukee police in connection with the deaths of a woman and two of the woman's children in a south side fire early Friday morning was found dead Friday evening, police said.
The body of Brittney Robertson, 19, was found on the northwest side about 6:15 p.m., according to a police news release.
The release did not say how Robertson died or where her body was found, however the Milwaukee County medical examiner's office confirmed that it was contacted about a shooting in the area of N. 101st and W. Kiehnau Ave. about the time Robertson's body was found.

It just seems like she was off her meds or something.

There doesn't appear to be any rhyme or reason as to what she did or why she did it.

Thats what is making this so puzzling to me.

The only thing I have heard about the C.O.D. is that it was the "worst that Homicide detectives have ever seen"

So I would have to guess-and only guess- Stabbing.

Hopefully we will know more in the next couple of days.

I did a CCAP on her and the only thing she had in her criminal backround was a bench warrant from Sept 2009 and a couple of restraining orders against HER.

So we can reasonably infer that she had some anger management issues......

When you do start to "get it", get worried. No making sense of most of what deranged people do. Even when some kind of explanation comes, it is senseless.

Is it confirmed that she killed herself? I can’t find anything stating that for certain. The first article stated two cars were missing, so there had to be more than just her involved in this.

I did find an article stating that court records show police have been searching for Robertson since September. That's when an arrest warrant was issued for her after she failed to appear in court on a felony charge of possessing prescription drugs with intent to deliver. No matter what her part in it, there’s still someone out there who knows what happened.

Officers from District 4 responded to the neighborhood where 19-year-old Britney Robertson’s body was found. Neighbors said her body was discovered in a back yard. Investigators said Robertson had been shot in the back of the head.

Police spent part of Friday looking for Robertson and six-week-old Maurice Visor, Jr. The baby’s mother, 24-year-old Rachel Thompson, and her two other children, 4-year-old Jaden and three-year-old Torian, were found dead after a house fire on Milwaukee’s South Side.

Police ruled the three deaths as homicides. Investigators aren’t giving more details about those deaths or Robertson’s.

Neighbors described Robertson’s death as suspicious. A woman who lived next door to Robertson did not want to be identified.

"No one knew who she was. She's not from around here and it was just obvious that she was trying to hide from somebody,” said the woman. “It could have been in mine. It could have been in someone else's, but it happened to be in my next door neighbor's."

This story just keeps on getting weirder and weirder.....

I think that the assumption that she committed suicide was understandable considering what she had done, but now it kind of looks like she may have been offed by someone else.....

There will be a 5PM news conference tonight, Where the Milwaukee Police chief will discuss this newest detail.

Unfortunately I won't be able to watch......

This is a very strange case indeed. This Robertson woman who was shot in the back of the head rules her out as having committed suicide but doesn't rule her out on the killings.

Tho I'm thinking, as the neighbor said, "she's not from around here and it was just obvious that she was trying to hide from somebody..", she may have been running from someone, maybe a violent situation she ran from. He finds her, sets the house on fire not caring 2 shits who else is in the house as sets it goes up in flames. It would make sense if they were all asleep and the only one she was able to physically flee with is the baby. It is possible she saved baby boy and had nothing to do with their deaths directly. Its another thing altogether if she brought death to their door.

So very tragic, hateful, heinous crime. I hope they put the pieces together soon and bring the fucker to justices. I'll wait on pictures as to see if this woman is some kind of hero saving baby or related to the other deaths. Rest in peace Mama and babies.

Ms Robertson as victim? I was leaning towards casting her as the accomplice of someone who didn't want to be lumbered with a witness. Maybe her idea to bring the six-week old along so they could play happy families wherever she thought they were off to.

Your suggestion makes a lot of sense, though.

Whether she was willing or forced to come, at least the person who killed her left the baby somewhere it would be found. Probably just as well he was too young to talk.
