One minute, baby Aniyah Brown was sound asleep inside her Plymouth Township home.
But minutes later, the infant was
bleeding from her nose and had stopped breathing, her father, Khalil Brown, told police.
On Friday, Aniyah was dead, taken off a respirator at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, and by yesterday, Brown, 20, was charged with third-degree murder in her death.

He finally admitted that
he picked her up while she was sleeping and shook her for "less than five minutes," according to the affidavit.
After he finished shaking Aniyah,
"she just went dead and stopped moving," he told investigators. He described his shaking as "rough."
Brown did not explain why he had shaken his daughter, investigators said.
