A man accused of setting his home on fire is now charged with setting another fire.

Troy Adams was arraigned on two counts of arson Thursday.
Adams is accused of setting his home at Lilly Avenue and Crittenden Drive on fire early Wednesday morning.
According to the police report, Adams said he used a lighter and set the back of the house on fire because "it was time for it to happen."
Adams had even more to say at his arraignment Thursday morning.
A statement made by Adams to Major Henry Ott of the Louisville Fire Department was read in court. It states that Adams told him that he's the angel of death and he's supposed to destroy and kill things.
"He basically described where it started at and what steps he went through to set it and he actually had to make two or three attempts in order to get it burning and that was consistent with what we saw," said Ott.
Adams told the judge he was told to do it.
"I don't like doing it. I don't do it all the time. I've been fighting from doing it with this one," he said. "My father told me to do it. You ain't my father so that's what I did."
Adam's mother, Sharon Goodman, said her son's behavior started to change about two years ago. She tried to get him help but said nothing has worked.
"I feel like I've lost my son and I'm not happy he's in jail, but I know he's where he can get some help and I know God's not going to let anybody hurt him down there," said Goodman.
The judge ordered Adams to the custody of the Kentucky Corrections Psychiatric Center for a mental health evaluation.
Ott said Adams is not suspected of any other arson cases.
Investigators gathered data in other cases, but none were consistent with what Adams has done and where he's been.
He is being held on $100,000 bond.
