Anyone think maybe Mommy is being threatened by someone to NOT talk? If she didnt kill the baby..then WHY? WHY not speak the fuck up and say who she gave him too? It just does not make sense to me. This was probably posted but I don't remember reading it. Interesting and suggests she might have met with someone. Baby Gabriel was not seen during that time, that's troubling as it could mean several things.

CBS 5 News has tracked several locations where Johnson was spotted while in Texas and most of them make sense.
There was the Homegate hotel, a Subway restaurant and a gas station, but a Laundromat called Easy Wash is not so easily explained.
Manuel De Leon, a maintenance worker at Laundromat, said for four days straight, Johnson came in and paced by the bank of dryers. She did not do any laundry until the fourth day.

"At first I thought she was in to drugs and trying to get together with a buyer. She kept going back and forth like she was waiting for somebody or trying to meet with somebody," said De Leon.
But De Leon never saw Johnson meet up with anyone, and although she came in multiple times a day, he never saw her with Gabriel. He only spotted Gabriel's car seat and Johnson's white sedan parked outside.
"She was like stressed out, like she had something on her mind," De Leon said. "When you have something on your mind, your face shows it. The way you look at people and things. That's why I kept away from her because I thought maybe she's upset about something."

On Dec. 26, Manuel finally tried to talk to Johnson.
"It was short, because I told her 'Are you from San Antonio?' and she said, 'No, I'm headed to Florida.' And that was it," he said. "I couldn't really make any conversation with her because she cut it off."
Johnson fled to Miami Beach the next day, where she was later captured.
But what was she doing at the Laundromat? And where was Gabriel all that time?
"I think she really met with somebody and we're just trying to track that down," McQueary said. "We just haven't been able to figure out who she met with. If we could get one name of somebody she met with, that would be a huge lead."

PHOENIX -- The mother of an Arizona baby who's been missing for nearly three months is due in court on Wednesday.

Elizabeth Johnson had refused to leave her cell for a court hearing last week, but Judge Timothy Ryan ordered deputies to "use any means necessary" to get her to Wednesday's hearing.

In her petition for custody on Dec. 14, Johnson wrote that there were "two potential fathers," and requested that both McQueary and another man, Craig Cherry, take paternity tests.

Ken Gamble, of Gamble Investigations Inc., interviewed several witnesses in San Antonio who said Elizabeth Johnson had a male companion starting the first night she was in San Antonio.

Gamble was in the audience during a hearing Wednesday morning in Phoenix, when a Judge denied a request from the mother of missing baby Gabriel Johnson for a new lawyer.

Johnson, 23, asked for new representation because she said her current attorneys were ignoring her request to ask the Judge to reconsider letting her out of jail, according to Judge Timothy Ryan.

Johnson also told the Judge she felt her lawyers were pressuring her, but Ryan said it was for her own good.

"The reality is they have a case involving baby Gabriel, and the police want to know where baby Gabriel is located," Ryan told her. "So when your attorneys come to you for information from the police … the reason they're doing that is not to pressure you. It's their ethical responsibility to talk to you about those things."

A Maricopa County Family Court judge on Friday awarded Logan McQueary sole custody of his 10-month old son Gabriel, and next will move forward with hearings to decide whether the baby’s mother is in contempt of court for refusing to reveal the baby’s whereabouts.

Even as Judge Michael McVey stripped Elizabeth Johnson of any parenting ties to Gabriel who has been missing for three months — a baby her family said she didn’t want in the first place — Johnson invoked her 5th Amendment right to remain silent and did not answer any questions.

Johnson appeared in court wearing a striped jail inmate suit, looking haggard and nervous. She was called to the stand twice to testify, first by McQueary’s attorney and then by McVey. She would not provide the location of the baby or his state of safety and well-being.

Dr.: Mom Not Interested In Baby Gabriel

After viewing a video of Friday’s custody hearing about missing baby Gabriel Johnson, well-known Valley forensic psychologist Dr. Erin Nelson said Elizabeth Johnson didn’t appear interested in her child.

Nelson said Johnson’s behavior indicated that her primary concern is not her son, but her own fate.

I'm not sure exactly what that means and whether it's good or bad.
My first thought isn't a good one, in that they don't have any evidence to prove his death and it will take 7 years to legally consider him dead in the eyes of the government.
Until then (and resting on wings of hope) he could still be found, if so he will be given to his father.
She has given up nothing. This makes me think it does not bode well for the beautiful little boy.
I seriously hope she's shanked in prison. And I'm not sorry for hoping that.
