http://www.tylerpaper.com/article/20...WS08/912130367A Tyler man was booked into the Smith County jail on a charge of criminal trespass of a habitation early Sunday morning when police found him taking a bath inside of a residence in the 3300 block of Garden Valley Road earlier in the day, according to a news release issued by the Tyler Police Department.
Larry Ticey, 25, allegedly kicked in the front door of the home about 3:35 a.m. While en route to the scene, officers were notified that the resident had managed to exit the home as the suspect ran to the back of the house. Within minutes, several officers arrived on the scene and learned that the suspect was reportedly still inside the residence.
According, to the release, officers immediately made entry into the residence and found that the suspect had reportedly removed his clothing and was in the process of taking a bath. Following a brief struggle, Ticey was taken into custody and transported to the Smith County jail.
