Mans 18 yr old girlfriend sexually assults his 10 yr old son.

MILLSBORO, Del.- Delaware State Police have arrested an 18-year-old woman accused of sexually assaulting a 10-year-old boy.

Tabitha Hritz of Millsboro was charged Monday night with 18 counts of rape and one count of continuous sexual abuse of a child. She is being held in default of $95,000 cash bond.

Police say the incident was reported last month when the boy was speaking to a counselor about his poor performance in school. Police say investigators gathered evidence that incidicated Hritz had sexually assaulted the boy at his home.

Hritz was in a relationship with the victim's father when the assaults occurred, according to police.

Uncommon last name - I find it interesting that there are two Hritz's on the Delaware Sex Offender registry - Andrew aged 46 and Andrew IV aged 24 and both living in Sussex county.

Ya have a feeling she is going to use exactly that. I wonder if one of these on the Delaware sex offender site is her brother...looks like her..and also wonder if she was his victim. His crimes were in 2000 and the victim was under 11 years old...which would be the same age she was in 2000. Either way she needs to be punished and needs to get her mental issues fixed while she is serving time...poor 10 yr old boy is going to need it too :(

i read some comments on other news sites and yeah that's her dad and brother who are both sex offenders. a commenter claimed to have knows her and knew she was very troubled and lamented that she didnt get the counseling and help she needed. i bet the boy and his family are lamenting more though.

I hope I'm wrong but I'm going to guess that good ol' dad wasn't in the dark about the goings on at his home.

At the very least he's in his late 20's but more than likely in his 30's. She's 18 why become romantically involved with another child when you're already trying to raise one on your own.

I don't doubt that she suffered some sort of abuse herself. But that doesn't give her a free pass on screwing up a 10 y/o life.

I agree! I was sexually abused for the first 16 years of my life and, while I may have issues from it, NONE of my issues involve pedophilia or any type of abuse for that matter! I'm tired of people using this damn excuse! As a survivor, it infuriates me to no end! And, it puts a bad stigma on all survivors!
