Brandon Buchi messed with Bambi. Bad idea.

A Mountain Home resident is dead after trying to an unload an exotic deer from a trailer. The Kerr County Sheriff's Office said the animal gored Brandon Buchi, 27, to death last Thursday.

The Y.O. Ranch manager was first pinned to the ground by the barasingha, a member of a deer species native to India and Nepal. The sheriff's office said Buchi received two puncture wounds from the horns - one to his side and the other to his thigh.

He died at the scene, even though a volunteer firefighter tried to save his life by performing CPR. Other people also tried to pull the deer from the man.

The sheriff's office said the deer died of stress from the incident.

People that mess with wild animals can expect to get hurt. I hate these exotic game ranch places too. People are always trying to find a way to profit from wild animals and some times people have to pay the price

And the poor deer died anyway ... sad .
