Failing at Murder, Keith Primard Sets Himself on Fire

NY - Police went an apartment complex Wednesday after getting a 911 call from Chris Buckpitt, 23, who said his next-door neighbor Keith Primard, 58, attacked him.

"Primard failed in his attempt to murder his neighbor and retreated to his parked vehicle in front of the apartment house, where he intentionally set the vehicle on fire to take his own life," said Plattsburgh Police Chief Desmond Racicot.

Primard left a voice message with an unknown person just before the incident, saying what had happened and what he was about to do.

A lot going on with this story. Looks as if the gentleman who died was one of many neighbors fed up with the Buckpitt fellow. Writing up something for the front page. Maybe.

For the "historical record," yesterday a new forum member named "brandon" popped up on the chat box and asked "did any one here know Keith primard?" four times in quick succession. He logged out before replying to our requests regarding his identity and the source of his interest.

Here's a creepy thought. What if Buttpick IS a bully AND a really, really bad neighbor...but there's nothing authorities can do...so Keith Primard kills himself to draw attention to the situation?

Or, what if Buttpick is really from Mars and Keith Primard really just spontaneously combusted?

I don't find that funny at all. thats just upsetting. and Buckpitt was and still is on probation from raping a little girl, there was alcohol outside of his door when police arived at the scene.
Just take this to thought The cops were called about 10 times (4 in one day) and Keith explained Buckpitt threatened to kill him and the cops never did anything, I believe Buckpitt should of been aressted as soon as the cops were called.

Buckpitt is an idiot.

We're not really the complete assholes we seem to be. Yes, your question did appear, four times in a row, if I remember correctly, and we "called" to you, but you didn't return.

As far as I know, no one here knows Butthead (I'm going to keep forgetting his name, so I'll just stay with that for now) and no one knew Keith. There was some suggestion that there was more to the story regarding Butthead, but you're the first person to lend credence to that. If he's a baby raper, then it's a fucking shame that Keith is the one who burned up.

He is a child molester, he convicted of petite-larceny instead of child rape because of his "mental state" if he is so ill, he shouldn't be able to rememebr or give is story to the police or press. I will not reveal who I am, but Chris buckpitt (the IDIOT) had broken into Keith's house on several occasions; he took change from a coin jar, and then one day he came back in, and smashed it on his kitchen floor. on another occasion he stole his Motorcycle keys. which he still has them. you guys don't know how much keith loved his harley. It was like his child. he didn't have kids.

He stayed out of other people's business and like I mentioned before was very anti-violence. Buckpitt would bag on Keith's window's, and doors from 12 AM till about 6:30 in the morning. Keith often fell asleep on his couch Scared from Buckpitt sitting in his chair starring through Keith's window just looking at him.

-And the scratch marks look like a little girl scratched him (if you ask me.)

I don't believe Keith did this, and if he did he had to be driven to it.

I will say I am family.
But no-one really knows what went down.
but if anybody knew this guy you'd know that he was NOT a fighter, and would not do the thing that he is accused of. he did leave a message and say that he tried to kill "the kid" because "the kid tried to kill him" But like I said, no one knows what went down except that idiot Buckpitt. anything could of happened, maybe the kid held a gun to his head and old him to tell him leave a message. who knows?
But this could of been easily prevented the cops were called about 20 times the past 3 weeks (that's not an exasperation either.) Keith did tell the cops Buckpitt threatened to kill him. and this kid was on probation and alcohol was found outside of buckpitt's place. and your supposed to report the incidents to the police if you have ANY Contact with police. which he never did.
But to some it all up: I think Keith was a Great man and still is. I think he was driven to this by this kid. and I don't believe that he left thos marks on Buckpitt.

one last question. Does anyone know if there is a charge for causing somone to commit suicide?
