A Clarksville man was charged with aggravated assault and three counts of attempted homicide Saturday, after he allegedly
shot a man in the ankle and sprayed bullets at a car with three passengers.
Kenneth James Moore, 31, also was charged with aggravated kidnapping for
forcing his ex-girlfriend to drive him to the location of the shooting at gunpoint.
The incident occurred early Saturday morning, at a home in the 600 block of Abbey Creek Drive, according to the arrest warrant signed by Detective Mike Alexander.
The shooting victim's injuries were not life-threatening. Though two adults and a 2-year-old child were in the car, no one was harmed by shots fired at the vehicle.
Moore, a convicted felon, also violated his community corrections, the warrant stated, by illegally possessing an AK47 and a stolen handgun.
After he was taken into custody,
he allegedly defecated in a suspect interview room and smeared feces on the walls and floor. He was charged with felony vandalism.
