FL - William Stephens, 34, was arrested Wednesday for aggravated child abuse against a 4-year-old boy. Staff at the University Community Hospital called police because they thought the boy's injury was not consistent with the explanation Stephens gave them.

When deputies arrived, Stephens told them he got frustrated with the boy when he spilled his milk. Stephens sent the boy to the bathroom, then he walked in and either kicked or stepped on the boy's leg with his steel-toed boots, breaking it.
