Jason Midkiff sexually assaulted a 3-year-old

On Oct. 24, the St. Mary's Bureau of Criminal Investigations, with the assistance of the United States Secret Service, conducted an investigation into a sexual assault of a three-year-old girl.

The investigation revealed that suspect, Jason Edward Midkiff, 25 of Great Mills, had sexually assaulted a three-year-old child who was in his care at the time of the assault. Suspect Midkiff was arrested on Nov. 2 and charged with one count of Child Sexual Abuse and one count of Fourth-Degree Sex Offense.

Unless I am totally crazy, the Secret Service would only be investigating this if she is the child of someone they have been ordered at some point to protect?

Looks like he was charged with domestic child abuse one day before the investigation started. And by the looks of it, going by the paternity test done three years ago by the same woman filing the child abuse charges......anyone following me here? Sick

The 3 year old he assaulted is in fact his daughter. Sick bastard! Check him out on case search-had child abuse in 2006 as well on his son.

Let me just tell you guys a little something. This man loves his daughter and would never ever think of doing that to anyone. His ex wife is jealous that he has a new girlfriend with another baby on the way. so before anyone on here accuses anybody of anything maybe you should check the facts. I would trust this man with my life!

He was maried tothe mother of his son who is about 6. He was charged with child abuse for that child in 2006. Then this happens.. with a different woman and child. wth is wrong with this guy? He also doesn't like to pay child support.

So...why would they be involved? Erroneous reporting...?
