Marco Brown beat and choked his wife before soaking her with gasoline.

Family members said Marco Brown, 31, got into a fight in the parking lot of their apartment complex. They said the couple had problems in the past and had been separated for one month.
"I'm just trying to ask myself what brought this on. Why did it escalate like that, and you know get so far?" mother Yvonne Brown said. "I don't know, you know? I just don't know."

Police said the man poured gasoline on his wife, tried to set her on fire, choked her and repeatedly punched her in the face. The woman survived with cuts, bruises, and scratches on her head and face.

The man was charged with attempted murder and aggravated domestic battery.

I think we're judging this gentleman too soon. I believe that he just gave her a rough massage because she had a bad day. Also, his eyesight is not very good, and accidently poured the gasoline on her, when he intended to put more lotion on her back. And he wasn't trying to light her on fire. A gentle breeze came through and extinguished one of the Aromatherapy candles, and he was just trying to relight it. Damn people, you are so judgemental!
