"Arshon is among at least six children known to the child welfare department who have been killed since 2009, raising questions about whether the agency is doing enough to protect children in high-risk households."
I'm sorry, but if a household is viewed upon as "high-risk," there should be NO children residing there. If a household is considered "high-risk," there should only be supervised visitation either at the courthouse or police station. Obviously it is not just "high-risk" households where abuse and death occur. But, SIX dead children is SIX too many. Maybe if they made some changes, starting with the "high-risk" households, they would have less tortured, dead babies. This whole thing is disgusting, depressing, and infuriating.

All they said was that the two other children were placed in foster. I wonder if they really were with their dad(s) or just passed off to whoever at the moment. If they were with their dad(s), why would they be placed into the state's custody. I hope they weren't abused/tortured. Although, I'm thinking if they were, those charges would have been added to the evil bitch.
