Pedophile, Gary Wolchesky, boasts on YouTube

A Middletown man who bragged about being a pedophile in a video posted to the popular YouTube.com Web site was arrested Thursday on a charge of child endangerment.

The arrest of Gary Wolchesky of Ironwood Court came just two days after his 21st birthday. He is charged with one count of fourth-degree endangering the welfare of a child following a joint investigation by the Monmouth County Prosecutor's Office and Middletown police. Authorities said they found on his computer multiple images of children under 16 engaged in sexual acts.

According to a profile for Wolchesky on YouTube.com, he listed various aliases, user names and profile names — PEDOTeenTech, GaryGodx, MyIDisPhat, MyIDisCool, TeenTech or Genetic Supremacy — he is known as on different Internet sites. He listed himself as a 2007 graduate of Keyport High School, and said he was fired by Wal-Mart and uses YouTube and XBoxLive online to search for his intended victims.

Wolchesky became the target of the investigation after police were tipped off to a video on the YouTube Web site. That video has since been taken down, prosecutors said.

An initial forensic examination of Wolchesky's home computer yielded a significant number of images leading to his arrest Thursday.

Well I don't think so they did not try to seem strong and that is the best thing you don't have to be strong just look it. They went about it all the wrong way if they went on the offensive rather then the defensive they would have won.

Okay, that PEDO Teen Tech channel, I THINK!!! (I don't know for sure) but I think someone was trying to out him as a pedo BEFORE all this info came out about him. I think, i'm not too sure though.

But still, they found all the information they could, whoever it was, and it seems as if any person did a random google on any of his usernames would've been able to bring up the channel so they'd be more....careful?

Heehee... I love it when they are stupid enough to incriminate themselves so openly. There may be victims (I often think that people like this twerp are usually too scared to act on their desires for a while, and he is awful young--hopefully he has NOT truly fulfilled his nasty threats), but at least there will be fewer victims with this guy put away under his own idiotic mouth. Even if he gets out, I'd say that this fool will be watched for a long while by LE.

I've been reading a lot on WikiExposure lately and love how they are helping cops catch pervs like this hopefully early enough to save future victims (and liberate current victims).

Society definitely needs to find and prosecute these sick fucks. However, I would rather figure out what the problem is and stop that first. My guess is this D-bag was molested as a kid, and now he's just perpetuating his childhood on others. He's probably angry and wants others to suffer as he did. I agree as long as people do look at it as case studies for future cases, like you are saying, and not as an excuse for these sick wastes of air. I am completely sympathetic to the demons one has to fight after abuse, but not to the point that I think it allows THEM to grow into abusers. I know that's not what YOU mean--but that's just been my pet peeve lately.

My BIL and I often argue over the death penalty, which I am basically supporting, and he does not. However, he does believe that the ideal situation is a true life sentence and not the shit given out today. I can understand (and not agree) with HIS points, but I cannot understand the ones who not only disagree with the death penalty but disagree with life sentences too, thinking that either a bad childhood can excuse adult behavior, or that they can "rehabilitate." Gag me. Criminals have more rights than their victims lately, and potential victims have no rights at all until the rape, assault, or murder has already occured.

I agree and I think it is more than just behavioural - I think it's genetic and it'll be identified sooner or later and we can do something about it. Most everything is genetic.

We all have the capacity to do good or evil. I don't believe we're predisposed to do either regardless of our experiences - we use our free will and choose which to do.

What do you mean? To say that we are not at least predisposed to certain behaviors is silly. Of course we are. You are ignoring both genetics and environment by saying so. Just because you are predisposed to cancer doesn't mean you will get it!

Of course we have free will, but by ignoring the genetic componment to these impulses and compulsions is counteractive in actually doing anything about it besides being angry.

I don't believe that who we are or what we become is somehow genetically imprinted in us. I do understand that certain behaviors are inherent in us through history, evolution, or whatever you want to call it. That being said, my future decisions have not been determined because of my geneaology. They may be influenced, but they are not predetermined. My experiences in life will influence my decisions, but they also will not determine what my choice is. If given the choice between something that is good or evil, I will choose good, because through my experiences, I understand the results of good decisions. That has nothing to do with what was etched in my brain when I was born, IMO.

I wasn't arguing for or against anything stated on this thread. I was just sharing how I felt about the subject.

I would really be interested to see how scientists arrive at their conclusions. There's so much that can happen in a person's life. How can anybody, in a short space of time, break down all that has happened to a person that can affect how they think. Seems like an imperfect science to me.

I am sexually attracted to men. You can NOT "treat or rehabilitate" me out of that predisposition. I would imagine that, if I was a pedophile, it would be the same.

However, as a human being, I am capable of making my behavior conform to the law. If I CHOOSE not to, that is another story. There are many, many things I think I would do if it were not for a law forbidding it.

I don't have a 360 but last weekend I was playing mario kart wii online and I was cussing at the t.v. calling people hitting me with a red shell bastards, then I said "good thing this doesn't have a mic to talk to each other" my son was "why, it would be fun". I said because I'm probably calling chilldren little bastards, not adults, I can't see myself having fun talking junk to a bunch of kids. So when I play, I pretend everyone is my own age so I can continue yelling at the t.v. because I really can't get through the game without letting out my frustrations at the ones blocking me from attaining victory.
