Harold I. Turner Jr. arrested for killing his dad with a long-handled splitting maul

At 5:40 AM Monday morning, Harold I. Turner Jr. cracked his dad twice on the head with with a long-handled splitting maul. He then demanded cash and the car keys from his mother and fled with $400 in the family's Oldsmobile sedan.
He fled to Ohio where he was arrested and has now been hauled back to face the music.

According to an interview with a neighbor, Turner has a history of mental issues.

Police said Turner wanted to borrow his parents' car.

That was probably not a good idea. I have to wonder how they were trying to "fix" him.
