Mr. Neumann, 54, was arrested and booked on assault and battery charges last Tuesday after smacking another driver around at an Oklahoma City red light. He apparently thought the 26 year old woman had cut him off.

The victim, a 26-year-old Oklahoma City woman, told police she was driving her car east on the Northwest Expressway about 6:40 p.m. Tuesday when she stopped at the light at Council Road, the report states. She saw a red pickup swerve to miss her, and a man jumped out and ran to her window.

The man cursed at her and shouted, "Don't you ever cut me off," as he started to hit and choke her through her open window, according to the report. Police at the scene said she had red marks and scratches on her neck, and officers who took pictures of her injuries hours later at a hospital said her left eye was black and swelling.

The victim told police she could hear a child saying, "Daddy, stop," and asking the man to come back to their pickup, the report states.

The studies prove that children who witness violence experience dire long term consequences.

It's fine if someone pisses you off but at least care for your kid enough to handle it like a grown ass ninja.

Hell that's about the only thing that keeps me from going vigilante in some of the pieces of crap we see on this site.

I understand this guys frustration, yesterday a woman almost hit me while talking on her mobile. I blared my horn in a malq kinda way and glared. She flipped me off, I reached for my door and then thought better. Meh..
