David Collins is clueless

A Randolph County man is in jail, after allegedly striking a four year-old child.

David Collins, 26, is charged with "child abuse with injury" after allegedly striking his step-son.

The child was found with bruises on his face, arms, and legs.

Collins allegedly told police that he simply spanked the child twice and then blacked out. And when he woke up, his step-son had marks on his face.

If he blacked out from spanking the child, he either was super drunk or was exerting too much energy. Either way lame excuse. He could have used the bathtub. That has been popular in recent history.
