It was actually Morbid's interest in writers that got me talking. I mean I can spell, and form paragraphs (both of which should be natural skills, what are they teaching in school these days?), so I figured I'd give it a shot. Been lurking for a bit and decided to participate! I sent in a movie review this morning, perhaps it will make the cut!

Thanks for the welcome everybody. I used to read A LOT but my schedule doesn't allow for much reading these days, so I don't think book reviews will work for me. Which is one of the reasons I decided to try movie reviews.
I wrote and read poetry for a while and it got old for me, not to mention, in order to write good poetry you have to be reading a lot of it as well. As I said reading time is not in the cards these days. Anyway, i am really happy to be here. I've been lurking for a while and really like the site. Not just for the horror aspect, but the pure, un-bridled assessment of dirt bags is really entertaining!
