KENWOOD -- While some people might get mad and bang their broken iPhone around, police said Donald Goodrich threatened to go further.
Court records state that Goodrich, 38, was at the Apple store in Kenwood Towne Centre Thursday afternoon complaining about his iPhone when he threatened to "pop a 9mm" in the phone.
Goodrich then allegedly opened his jacket to show a 9mm handgun to an Apple worker and said "I'll do it right now, look!"
The worker's manager called police, who charged Goodrich with aggravated menacing and a concealed weapon violation.
Goodrich was held at the Hamilton County Justice Center overnight and released on his own recognizance on Friday. He's not allowed to carry a gun or enter the Kenwood Towne Centre until the case is resolved.
