Woman doesn't kill her Ex after finding him in bed with daughter

An Ocala man was arrested after his ex-wife came home and found him in bed with their 11-year-old daughter on Sept. 18.

She made him leave the residence. Later that day, their daughter told her that her father had been molesting her since the summer, when she went to stay with him in Ocala, according to the Crestview Police Department arrest report.

The child was interviewed at the Children's Advocacy Center, where she told an investigator that her father had been using his fingers, mouth and genitals to touch her.

He also masturbated on her bed and pajamas on Sept. 18, according to his arrest report. Those items were collected and sent to the Florida Department of Law Enforcement crime lab.

The mother said that since her ex-husband had brought their daughter back from Ocala, she had been allowing him to stay at the house.

After the police became involved, the father left the area and refused to be interviewed. He did make several phone calls to try to find out what was going on with the case.

The 33-year-old man was arrested Sept. 22 in Ocala and charged with felony lewd and lascivious behavior.

I so second that thought Undeniable Truth! I would rather be known as the mom who opened up a can of whoop ass on a molester, than the mom who let him leave the residence. No disrespect to this mom in anyway, it's just that only God, and God alone would have had to come down his self and save that fool if it was my baby. So kudos to mom for not catching a charge.

oh shit. i thought about this for a while. i would have hurt him in ways that would have made him useless to a woman. no way would that pos have left the house under his own steam. my only problem would have been not killing him.

Amazon, you're supposed to hurt him before you kill him, otherwise he can't feel the pain!

It is good to see the rare mother on this site who doesn't sit idly by and let the bastard do what he does. I'm quite certain she felt the rage, and anger that any decent mother would feel, and she probably did want to kill him/castrate him/otherwise maim or injure him or D. All of the above, but she let the proper authorities handle it. And, because of this woman's amazing restraint, she will be there to protect her daughter from other things in the future, instead of sitting behind bars while her daughter is raised by CPS or who knows who.

Seriously, this mom is one strong woman. I would have been plastered all over the news with the bizarre way I skinned his ass alive. I think someone here would have to create an entire new category for my thread. She amazes me, she really does.
