    Amber Alert Issued For Daniel Auguste 2 yrs old *found*

    Friday, September 04, 2009 7:19:29 AM     MIAMI --
    Amber Alert has been issued for a 2-year-old boy from South Florida.

    Miami police said Daniel Auguste was abducted by his mother, Victamise Sinor, 24, who does not have custody of the boy.
    Daniel was last seen Thursday in Little Haiti neighborhood of Miami. He was wearing a dark blue basketball jersey and blue shorts.

    If you have seen Daniel Auguste or his mother, Victamise Sinor, call 911.

    Black male, age 2
    Black hair, black eyes
    Height: 2′ 5″
    Last Seen with
    Victamise Sinor
    Black female, age 24
    Black hair, black eyes
    Height: 5′ 7″
    Weight: 160 lbs.

    9-4-09The boy's mother, Victamise Sinor, saw herself on TV and called police. Sinor does not have legal custody of her son, Daniel Auguste.

    Police were taking the little boy and his parents to the police station Friday morning.

    Detectives and representatives with the Department of Children & Families will now speak to the parents.
    ``The important thing is the child is safe, and in a safe, comfortable environment we'll be able to sit down and sort through all the details,'' said Cmdr. Delrish Moss, a Miami police spokesman.

    The State of Florida canceled the alert Friday morning (09-04) after the suspect became aware of the Amber Alert and called police. The boy is safe and the suspect is being questioned by police. The suspect in this case is the boy's mother but she has no custodial rights.

    I wish we had digital cameras 26 yrs ago and got the look of family and friends when we came home and announced Heavens name!!But Victimise of course she got to be angry lol thats horrible to do to a person
