HOUSTON -- A fetus was found aboard a Continental jet at Bush Intercontinental Airport on Sunday afternoon. The lifeless fetus was discovered in one of the plane’s bathrooms by a cleaning crew, according to the Houston Police Department.

A member of the cleaning crew found the fetus in one of the rear bathrooms of the plane.

The Medical Examiner's Office will conduct an autopsy to determine if the fetus was viable. HPD and the FBI are investigating, trying to determine who the mother was.
