A 46-year-old Suquamish man was arrested Saturday night after he was found naked and high on meth in a Poulsbo residence, according to Poulsbo Police reports filed in Kitsap County Superior Court.
Officers were called to the 20000 block of Viking Avenue about 11 p.m. The 911 caller said he had a naked man at gunpoint, police said in reports.
The 46-year-old was detained and interviewed. He said he thought he was being chased by police and had “crawled through a sewage line.” He admitted to being high on meth, police said.
Two men, one of whom was the 911 caller, told police they were house-sitting and found the house broken into when they arrived there. They said food in the house “had been hidden by the suspect in a laundry basket in the back bedroom.”
Police also found the man’s clothes in the home, which appeared to be soiled, reports said.
He was taken to the Kitsap County jail and booked on $30,000 bail.
