Security cameras?? Seems that LE would backtrack and see everyone that left that parking lot, in a vehicle, before toddler was seen, if the "babysitter" ordeal is true.... I doubt there was a babysitter! If said "babysitter" had an emergency, I'm sure that they would've contacted Tiffany Star, before leaving, I mean, surely, Tiff left a cell number to contact, you know, in case of an EMERGENCY!!

When the kids are playing in the park (which is in clear view of their apartment) they are closely monitored.

The park being in clear view of the apartment does not mean the children are being closely monitored. If she isn't close enough to the kids to prevent someone from grabbing them and taking off, then the kids are playing unsupervised, unattended, unmonitored, whatever you want to call it. Period.

Ages 1,3, and 5? How will you catch them if they fall even if you are staring at them through the window (which i doubt?). Children of ages 1 and 3 can't be trusted alone in they're bedrooms unless they are sleeping. Too Too many things can happen. Call me paranoid but my kids have had no broken bones or near death experiences yet.
