just an update: the case was dismissed because a jury wasn't assembled as fast as it should have been. The BITCH is still out of jail, although we know the father of her children restricts her visits. So as soon as a Grand Jury is assembled, Brandon will get justice.....we hope...

so there is a petition going around in hopes to make an impression on the parole board of NM. the petition is concerning Baby Briana Lopez. I am posting it here as well because the new law Brianna inspired, gives us hope that Brandon's killer will be put behind bars for life.
